Holistic Whole-School Approach

Drawing from the ‘Well’ is an independently crafted, community-led process supporting schools to embed a sustainable culture of wellbeing. Shaped by engagement with IB research and policy and lived experience within IB school communities, it draws on the collective strengths, insight, and wisdom already present within the school.

Through a series of reflective stages, students, staff, parents, and the wider community come together to co-create meaningful wellbeing practices that are shared, resilient, and enduring.

Schools and communities will gain:

  • A clear and flexible framework for whole-school wellbeing

  • Practical ways to harness the strengths of the school community

  • Confidence to sustain wellbeing practices that support everyone to flourish
