Work With Me

SolRua offers thoughtful workshops and reflective experiences for individuals, educators, expatriates, school communities, and carers.

These spaces are designed to support wellbeing, belonging, and resilience through life’s transitions, creating opportunities to pause, reflect, and reconnect with strengths and values.

Below are three main pathways, along with examples of the kinds of spaces I offer.

Pathway 1

Individual & Expat Growth

Roots & Wings

A reflective space to pause, reconnect with personal values, and explore what it means to move through change with greater clarity and intention.

This workshop supports people navigating transition, relocation, or periods of personal reflection.

People often leave with:

  • a clearer sense of direction

  • renewed awareness of strengths and values

  • greater confidence and steadiness moving forward

“It felt like a big warm hug.”
“I felt seen, heard, and appreciated.”
“A calm and meaningful space to reflect on where I was going in life.”

Pathway 2

International School Communities & Educators

Flourishing Together

A reflective and practical space for educators and school teams to explore wellbeing, resilience, and sustainable ways of working in international school environments.

This space supports reflection on balance, connection, and team wellbeing within complex school systems.

People often take away:

  • practical tools for wellbeing and stress awareness

  • greater resilience and perspective

  • strengthened connection within teams

“A chance for our team to come together in a meaningful way.”
“We learned how to grow ourselves.”
“Empathy, calmness, and clarity throughout the session.”

Carers

The Caregivers Circle

A gentle, supportive space for carers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves while caring for others.

This is a space for rest, reflection, and shared understanding.

People often experience:

  • renewed calm and emotional balance

  • greater self-compassion

  • connection with others who understand similar experiences

“A warm and supportive holding space.”
“It helped bring peace and ease.”
“A very thoughtful and caring experience.”
