SolRua offers thoughtful workshops and reflective experiences for individuals, educators, expatriates, school communities, and carers.
These spaces are designed to support wellbeing, belonging, and resilience through life’s transitions, creating opportunities to pause, reflect, and reconnect with strengths and values.
Below are three main pathways, along with examples of the kinds of spaces I offer.

Roots & Wings
A reflective space to pause, reconnect with personal values, and explore what it means to move through change with greater clarity and intention.
This workshop supports people navigating transition, relocation, or periods of personal reflection.

A reflective and practical space for educators and school teams to explore wellbeing, resilience, and sustainable ways of working in international school environments.
This space supports reflection on balance, connection, and team wellbeing within complex school systems.

Carers
The Caregivers Circle
A gentle, supportive space for carers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves while caring for others.
This is a space for rest, reflection, and shared understanding.

In addition to the pathways and courses outlined here, I offer
A whole school approach (WSA) to nurturing a culture of wellbeing in schools (drawing on systems thinking),
Wellbeing for expat parents and
Resilience/growth mindset training for high school students.
